What is Creatorfront in one sentence?

Creatorfront is an AI-native creator program operating system for DTC brands on Shopify. The brand connects their store, AI builds their persona + matches them with creators on Phyllo’s network, drafts pitches, runs campaigns, attributes orders, and pays creators via Stripe Connect — all without the brand opening a spreadsheet.
  2. 02

Is it really free for creators?

Yes — forever. Creators pay $0 to use Creatorfront. Brands pay the subscription ($299/mo entry) and a take-rate (8–12% of attributed GMV, depending on plan). When you earn $1,000 in commissions, you get $1,000 — minus whatever standard tax / Stripe processing fees apply to your country.
  3. 03

    What platforms do you support?

Currently: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), Twitch, LinkedIn — wherever Phyllo has a connector. We pull your last 90 days of posts to build your persona.
  4. 04

Do I need Shopify (as a brand)?

For now, yes. Our attribution + product-catalog flow is built on Shopify Admin GraphQL. Other commerce platforms (BigCommerce, custom Stripe checkouts) are on the roadmap but not active in the v1 marketplace.

How do payouts work for creators?

You connect Stripe Connect (US only at v1; other countries via PayPal fallback). When the brand’s hold period clears (usually 14 days from order date), the commission becomes payable. You request a payout (or auto-payout if the brand has it on); Stripe Connect transfers the funds to your bank in 1–2 business days.

Tax forms (W-9 for US, W-8BEN for non-US) are submitted in-app once you cross $600 YTD.
  6. 06

What's the take-rate? How is it calculated?

Brands pay a take-rate on attributed GMV — i.e. the order subtotal that’s attributed to a creator (via discount code, cookie click, or UTM). Take-rate is 15% on STARTER, 12% on GROWTH, 10% on SCALE, custom on Enterprise. This is paid by the brand, not the creator.

So if a creator drives a $100 order with a 20% commission rate:
    • Creator earns $20
    • Brand pays the platform: $100 × 12% (Growth) = $12
    • Net to brand: $100 − $20 (creator) − $12 (platform) = $68

Can I leave at any time? Do I lose my data?

Brand: yes — cancel any time from Stripe Billing Portal, no contract. We export your data on request (creators, campaigns, orders, attribution ledger, commissions).

Creator: there’s nothing to “leave” — you can disconnect Phyllo / Stripe Connect any time and your storefront goes private. We delete your data on GDPR/CCPA request within 30 days.
  8. 08

How is Creatorfront different from LTK or ShopMy?

LTK and ShopMy are marketplaces — every brand competes for the same creators on the platform’s terms; the platform takes 20–25% of every commission from the creator’s earnings. Creatorfront is infrastructure — each brand has their own program, their own creators, their own brand voice. We never take a cut from the creator. The brand pays the take-rate.
  9. 09

How is Creatorfront different from Aspire / GRIN / CreatorIQ?

Those are enterprise creator CRMs — they run $30K–$150K annual contracts and require 3–6 months to roll out. Creatorfront is built for the brand-of-one to the mid-market: same workflow, AI-native (so you don’t need a creator-marketing team), $299–$2,499/mo, 90 seconds to live.

    What about Shopify Collabs?

Shopify Collabs is a free creator-discovery surface inside Shopify. It’s a starting point, but it’s brand-driven (you have to do the work) and lacks the AI matching, persona generation, automated pitching, and creator-side workflow. We integrate with Shopify (we are a Shopify app); Collabs is complementary.
  11. 11

Do you check creators are real / not bot-driven?

Phyllo gives us platform-truth audience signal — i.e., the actual API data from Instagram + TikTok + the rest, not scraped numbers. We don’t claim to “detect bots” because that’s a different category of product (HypeAuditor, Modash). We surface authentic Phyllo data; brands judge fit.

Where can I see Creatorfront in action?

The fastest path: talk to us — we’ll walk you through your specific use case in 15 minutes. Alternatively, the 90-second sign-up flow itself is the demo (brand connects Shopify; AI ships their persona).
